Tata Sky Offer for Tata Nano Customers

Offer

Persons who have booked a Tata Nano car shall be eligible for a Rs 300 discount on purchase of Tata Sky/Tata Sky+ connection.

Eligibility

This Offer is available only for persons who have booked a Tata Nano car (“You”).
In order to be eligible for this Offer, You have to furnish one of the following documents to an authorized Tata Sky dealer:

1. Where you have booked a Tata Nano car through outright purchase, You need to produce the acknowledgement copy of your booking form duly stamped and signed by SBI personnel.
2. Where you have booked a Tata Nano care through financier, You need to produce the financier receipt/letter acknowledged by the financier.
3. In both cases mentioned above, You must also furnish the Tata Sky offer coupon.

Offer Period

1. This Offer will be valid from 9 April 2009 - 14 May 2009.

General Terms

1. To avail of the Offer, You must carry the original as well as the photocopy of the documents mentioned above.
2. You must ensure that the Tata Sky dealer stamps and signs on both, the original as well as the photocopy of the proof of booking documents.
3. This Offer is applicable on purchase of a single digicomp only.
4. Photocopy of the document will be retained by the Tata Sky dealer.
5. This offer is only applicable at authorized Tata Sky dealer outlets and not on the Tata Sky helpline/website.
6. All disputes arising in connection with this Offer shall be subject to jurisdiction of Delhi.
7. Tata Sky reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace or withdraw the Offer completely.
8. Terms used herein but not defined shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Tata Sky Subscription Contract.
9. This Offer is independent of the Tata Nano offer and nothing contained herein shall be deemed to entitle you to allotment of the Tata Nano car booked by You. You agree to indemnify Tata Sky against any claims on account of the above.
