- All retainees would selected through a pseudo random number generation technique within 60 days of closing of booking window
- All retainees would get a Tata Nano in second lot of allotments
- Interest would be paid to retainees @ 8.5% per annum for retention period of more than one year and @ 8.75% for retention period of more than two years from the date of allotment
- All retainees would be intimated about a expected period ( 6 month window) of delivery via letter to address, SMS, Email
- Tata Motors would reopen booking collection only after servicing all retainees
